Emil Suncheleev, the Founding Managing Director of Sublime Telecom, has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. He established Sublime Telecom in 2013, shaping it into one of Malaysia's leading technology equipment distributors and IoT solutions providers. Emil's leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in the company’s growth, expanding its presence in Malaysia and Singapore and delivering market-leading connectivity solutions.

Before founding Sublime Telecom, Emil held senior roles in prominent organizations, including Director of IT at Quiet Storm Distribution LLC and Head of IT at China Overseas Petroleum Company. His expertise spans software development, system design, sales, and marketing, contributing to successful collaborations with major telecommunication companies.

Beyond his business endeavors, Emil is an investor, advisor, and philanthropist with interests in racquet sports and chess. He graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the National University of Uzbekistan.  

Richard Goh Kia Eng

Richard Goh Kia Eng is the Managing Director of Sublime Telecom Singapore, overseeing strategic goals, business operations, and development strategies. Under his leadership, the company has become a key player in Singapore’s networking equipment and solutions industry, serving prominent clients like Facebook, the Ministry of Defense, and the Ministry of Education.

Before joining Sublime Telecom in 2017, Richard had a successful career in property development, managing major sales and marketing projects. His roles included Head of International Markets at DWG Realty and Head of Projects Marketing for MLG Realty. With over 30 years of experience in real estate and technology, Richard’s transition to the tech sector was driven by his passion for innovation and business growth.


Richard’s expertise in project management, sales, and communications has been crucial to Sublime Telecom Singapore’s success. Known for his results-driven approach and entrepreneurial spirit, he has established the company as a “People First” organization, fostering trust and delivering value across the industry.
