Welcome to Sublime Telecom Sdn Bhd ("Sublime Telecom", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms &
Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our official website, procurement portals, technical
support desks, training registration systems, and our official retail presence across third-party marketplaces
(including but not limited to Shopee and Lazada).
By accessing our services, creating an account, registering for training, or purchasing products, you agree to
be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Scope of Services & Account Registration
1.1 B2B and B2C Operations: Sublime Telecom provides telecommunications hardware, enterprise
networking solutions, technical support services, and specialized professional training.
1.2 Account Security: When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete
corporate or personal information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any
action taken under your account is deemed authorized by you.
2. Online Sales & E-Commerce Compliance
2.1 Pricing and Availability: All prices listed on our platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Prices are
subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. In the event of a
pricing error, Sublime Telecom reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if
the order has been confirmed and payment processed.
2.2 Order Acceptance: A contract for sale is only formed when you receive an explicit order dispatch
confirmation email from us.
2.3 Payment Terms: We accept major credit/debit cards, FPX online banking, and approved corporate
credit terms. Title to the goods remains with Sublime Telecom until full payment is cleared.
3. Marketplace Integrations (Shopee & Lazada)
3.1 Third-Party Ecosystems: Sublime Telecom operates official e-stores on external marketplaces (such as
Shopee and Lazada). When purchasing through these platforms, you are subject to both these Terms and the
respective marketplace's terms of service.

3.2 Conflict of Terms: In the event of an operational dispute regarding platform-specific promotions, platform
vouchers, or platform-managed logistics, the respective marketplace's policies will take precedence. For
product specifications, enterprise licensing, and manufacturer warranties, these Terms shall govern.
3.3 Data Synchronization: Inventory levels on third-party marketplaces are updated systematically but may
experience slight synchronization latencies. If an item sells out concurrently across platforms, we reserve the
right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Technical Support Services
4.1 Support Scope: Sublime Telecom offers technical support exclusively for products purchased directly
from us or our authorized channels. Support is categorized into standard remote troubleshooting and
premium SLA-bound enterprise support contracts.
4.2 Limitation of Liability for Support: While our engineers employ commercially reasonable efforts to
resolve technical issues, Sublime Telecom does not guarantee that our support will resolve every network
vulnerability or hardware configuration conflict. We are not liable for data loss, network downtime, or
business interruption incurred during support provisions. Backing up data prior to support intervention
remains the sole responsibility of the client.
5. Warranty Services & Return Policy
5.1 Industry Compliance: Our returns and warranty frameworks comply fully with the Malaysia Consumer
Protection Act 1999 and current electronic commerce regulations.
5.2 Warranty Framework: Products sold by Sublime Telecom carry either a standard Manufacturer's
Warranty or a Sublime Telecom Local Warranty, as specified on the product invoice.
5.3 Voiding of Warranty: Warranties are immediately voided if the hardware shows signs of physical
damage, unauthorized firmware flashing, exposure to lightning/power surges, or seal tampering.
5.4 Defective Goods and Returns:
Pursuant to local e-commerce mandates, if a product is received dead-on-arrival (DOA) or materially
defective, Sublime Telecom will bear the reasonable costs of return logistics and re-delivery.
Notification of defects or logistics variances must be submitted to our support desk within seven (7)
calendar days of delivery confirmation.
6. Professional Training Registrations
6.1 Registration and Payment: Seats for Sublime Telecom certified training courses are allocated on a
first-paid, first-served basis. Registration is only finalized upon confirmation of full payment or receipt of an
authorized corporate Purchase Order (PO).
6.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling by Participant:
More than 14 days prior to course commencement: Eligible for a full refund or a single penalty-free
transfer to a future date.

7 to 14 days prior to course commencement: Eligible for a 50% refund or a rescheduling fee
equivalent to 20% of the course fee.
Less than 7 days prior to course commencement: Regrettably, cancellations are non-refundable,
and seats cannot be rescheduled. Substitutions of corporate participants are permitted up to 48 hours
before class starts at no extra cost.
6.3 Cancellation by Sublime Telecom: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low
enrollment or unforeseen trainer unavailability. In such instances, participants will receive the option of a
100% refund or immediate transfer to the next available session.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law, Sublime Telecom shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational continuity, arising
out of the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability for any singular claim shall not
exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute,
controversy, or claim arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Malaysia or, where mutually agreed, resolved via arbitration at the Asian International Arbitration Centre
(AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur.
9. Force Majeure
Sublime Telecom shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of these Terms,
including delays in hardware delivery or interruptions in technical support, resulting directly or indirectly from
events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, Acts of God, natural
disasters, severe weather conditions, global supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, acts of terrorism,
governmental actions, or telecommunications and internet infrastructure failures.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or
unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in
full force and effect without being impaired or invalidated in any way.
